Understanding the “why” and “how” of implementing evidence-based practices (EBP) for individuals with autism spectrum disorder can be critical to adapted physical education service delivery. EBPs presented include, but are not limited to, embedded intervention, global visual schedules and task schedules, response-prompting behavioral strategies, modeling and social stories.
